Mia Wade brings more than 5 years of administrative support and customer experience to her role in the Groe Coaching Group. Mia directly assisted in opening a small, successful local business, GenuWine Tasting Room, as the Assistant Manager, and was quickly promoted to Manager of Office and House, and also managed all online marketing. When she felt that she had reached a ceiling in the company she took a chance by accepting a two-week data-entry position at Baker Hughes, in the hopes of finding a permanent position, and was fortunate to work there for 2 ½ years, where she gained valuable experience in administration, support of an executive team, and coordinating customer experience for a flagship facility. While exploring opportunities outside of the Oil and Gas industry, the chance to join the real estate world presented itself in the form of Groe Coaching Group. Mia brings to the team more than 5 years of administrative experience, a passion for customer service, a positive mindset, the desire to succeed and help others do the same, and an eye for detail.
